Because a custom portrait lives or dies by the details in your photos — which ear flops, whether a mark on the nose is shadow or fur, and what expression feels most like them. In WhatsApp we check your photos for free, send you a pencil sketch in 3 working days, and only send a secure payment link (Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) after you say “that’s him.”
Yes — more than half of our commissions are memorial pieces worked from older phone photos. Send whatever photos you have on WhatsApp and tell us a little about their personality. We will tell you honestly what can be captured before any deposit is discussed.
Handwork at the bench takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on the piece. Once you approve the finished studio photograph, we ship via tracked DHL or UPS Express (8–12 business days). Shipping is a flat $12 USD and free on orders over $299 USD, with all import duties and taxes prepaid for the United States, Canada and Australia.
We send unedited bench photos before packing. If the finished carving or felt portrait does not match your approved sketch, we adjust or remake it at our cost before it ever leaves the workshop.
